The family Birin is making wines for generations. It is Nikola who took the heritage to a new level by creating some award winning wines, made exclusively from grape sorts characteristic for the Vodice region. His wines can be tasted within the winery where he built up an authentic taste house, as well as in many local restaurants serving local and authentic food.

For years and years, Nikola increased the material quality, invested in knowledge and framed the authenticy and uniquenessness of his wines. Today the winery has 6 etiquettes in the production and the total amount of the production is 20.000 liters per year which makes about 25 000 bottles.
